Our little one is growing by leaps and bounds. S/he is finally measuring about right for his/her age instead of running a week behind. Per the scan we received today, s/he weighs a little over 3 1/2 pounds with a heart rate of 132 BPM. Everything appears to be normal and healthy. Here are pics of the body in profile (I think), head and belly.
We have the nursery almost completely finished. We just need a glider in the corner of the room for rocking our baby to sleep. We bought a stroller today along with some newborn onesies in gender neutral colors. We couldn't pass up a couple of pink and blue outfits, though, as well. If we don't use them, we'll hand them down to another lucky couple.
Oh, and Aaron couldn't resist buying this, too. There are matching booties that aren't in the photo. Technically, his family is Scottish, but they immigrated to Ireland at one point long ago. I told him there is Irish in my side of the family so it's not a complete lie. :)

You are getting so close!!!! It's very exciting. We spent an hour at Babies R Us today and wished we could start buying clothes too.

Hey! Don't forget there is several Irish ancestors on both Granddad and Nana's side of the family so there is lots of family tradition and Irish Kisses to be had :-)
